Think you can go even once cancer has been cleared, it's for those affected by cancer both currently and in the past so give it a go! If you don't 

like the sound of it when you contact them then don't do it?!

I know at 10 wks at min 3 wks of RT t have which will take it t 13 wks. It’s felt so much longer than that:-/  TBH they have been absolutely phenomenal in everything. 

Just been looking  at lookgoodfeelbetter website - there is a place I can book just 4 miles from where I live but it’s in a gp surgery - because my work took me to all the gp practices in the area I wouldn’t want to go there cos I know a lot of the staff. I know shouldn’t make a diff but ....

The next one is at the hosp I’m going to for my treatments - as soon as I have treatment I am outta there lol . 

Not t worry cos my daughter has been helping  me look and decided cos non are suitable she is going t book for us both t go away for a week to a spa hotel in Jan ... OMG...yes..result :-) (so if ya could see yourself clear t mentioning a week abroad in the sun would b beneficial that would b cracking:-)

Funny you should mention that... a friend has just bought an apartment in Spain and is going to start letting it out. Daughter and I are thinking a week away next

Please consider seeing a doc if things don’t improve... erm prob best u don’t tell them u tried wine nd it didn’t work ( not that I’m giving advice for that from my own experience;-)

Just read out ya post t my daughter nd she’s wondering if I’m giving u backhanders:-) She says she will see what’s available nd have a look when she can get time off work - yes result 2lol

Wow Spain will b brill. Something t look forward to. Nice short flight too - perfect. Kicking back nd chillaxing in the warmth of the sun. Yup perfection  x

I don't mean to dampen things but be careful as you're not meant to go out in the sun for awhile after rad. I was burning through my clothes on right side (Where cancer was) in the British sun so be mindful.

We were meant to go on big holiday this summer but couldn't coz of my burning and I didn't want to ruin it for my family so didn't go. Even with sunscreen on it burns. Sorry to be dampaner.

Everyone does react differently so please ask your medical staff. My sister who had treatment 10 years ago still burns. Mine is subsiding slightly but sun is also weakening. One day when its sunny see how you feel and ask your cancer nurse.
