Good on him i wonder what he is thinking while he is peddling away. I said to Ronnie what do you think about when your sat there all day fishing. He said the next big fish to come along and today he caught a 14 pounder. He said it's really hard work fishing you know. Yer right. Not as hard as me doing the ironing..I had fish and chips tonight for tea and i feel sick. I really enjoyed them but my mind keeps going back to Monday. Must be the nerves He's had the snooker on none stop and it's doing my head in. But i am that soft i just let him watch it.

I find rescue remedy  helps most chemists sell it I asked John what he thinks about when cycling He said he concentrates on where he is going and the traffic Reckons he needs eyes in the back of his head I admit I do worry when he is  out 

John is watching some car programme so I'm online shopping on my phone Programme finishes in 5 minutes so will choose something from our recordings that we both enjoy Be lots if grand prix weekend so I will get stuck into a book on my Kindle and maybe do some ironing whilst I catch up with Coronation Street I fast forward if it gets boring

We ar going to start watching bloodlands tomorrow. We watch the last one and it was great I love James Nesbitt he's a great actor and a nutter in this one. We just watched crossfire it was in 3 parts. it was great but not good for the people that got shot laid on there sun beds on holiday in real life .Do you remember that. Oh thank god for that he's turned the snooker off.

Yes I do and I like James Nisbett Just watched Ridley the restaurant he was in Verona is where we go every Sunday A gut came in and asked Stefano the owner if they could film there Mondays He said yes as he got well paid for it I like Adrien Dunbar but must admit found the first one a bit slow My Dad used to watch snooker on a black and white TV we ended up buying him a colour one

John has just given me a nut that he thought I had left We have been having a few mixed nuts But it wasn't it was a cat treat left by Henry next doors cat who visits I'm not impressed Sent him to make me a cup of my sleep tea  MEN x 

We watched all of Ridley,Ronnie loved it and i liked him in line of duty and i kept waiting to hear him say MOTHER OF GOD but it didn't come. Ronnies fav is coronation street he gets withdrawal if he misses it. I like East enders Ronnie calls it the doom and gloom show. We eat walnuts every day. I buy a klo every month from a man on eBay and there lovely and really good for you. Poor John. Time for bed
