just wondering how the op went?

Hi there the op went well thanks. I was quite nervous about having the wire marker put in but it wasn’t too bad, just difficult getting me into the right position! Am feeling quite sore and a bit tired at times but taking it steady. It’s only 5 days since the op. Got my results appointment on 8th August so here’s hoping they got it all with good margins.

That’s great to hear Mary.. The 8th will soon come round. 

In the meantime keep yourself busy and as soon as your wound is healed moisturise well to prepare the skin for the radiotherapy.

Try Aveeno or bio oil.

My doctor prescribed Isomol Gel. It’s a good double base cream. I still use it today. He put it on a repeat prescription for me. Irene xxxxxx
