I have just been told my ct scan is showing possible cancer in the body of the pancreas. I am waiting to see oncologist but I am devastated angry and broken telling my family abd the look on their faces.

I feel like disappearing because I can t cope with it all.

Please help how to deal with all this. I am 70 years old
