Hi everyone- had my recall visit on my routine mammogram yesterday and was shocked to hear I have a small lump Biopsy taken , back next week for results. How does everyone cope with the waiting ?
Distraction mainly and talking any concerns through with people. Also remembering most lumps aren't cancerous. Even if the lump does turn out to be cancerous , the fact that it is small is very good news in terms of treatment and prognosis. Hope that helps
