A warm welcome to Cancer Chat - I am sorry to hear about your recent  lung cancer diagnosis but it's good that it seems to have been caught at an early stage. It's a shame that you are not able to have surgery due to your low lung capacity and I hope that the chemotherapy treatment will go well for you. I hope that you will hear from members of our community who have had chemotherapy for lung cancer even though they had low lung volumes and they will hopefully share their personal experiences  of how they got on with their breathing.
