Not being involved in your care and without knowing what your exact situation is, whether or not you have had treatment such as surgery or if you are having a topical treatment (applying medication to the affected area) I am afraid we cannot advise you.
I don't know if it is possible to contact the dermatology unit for advice or perhaps contact your GP surgery for someone to assess it for you and advise how to manage this.
