Eight years ago whilst undergoing scans for a kidney abscess a small anomaly was discovered in the upper part of my right lung. It was decided to have the top lobe removed I named the little blighter Horris, well the operation never took  place, my cardiologist actually thought that it had when I spoke to him in February this year. He ordered an X Ray and it is stage 4 adenocarcinoma, inoperable. Should this really have happened having discovered it so early.
