Oh I’m so sorry that today is especially hard for you. Do you have a good support network around you? I’d like to think you are supported and managing your pain. It’s awful to think so many people are struggling with cancer xx

That’s a very young age to lose your mum, I’m sorry it seems life has been very unkind to you. Have you considered a hospice? I know it is a very personal decision and my brother was set against it, however he had the absolute best care you could have asked for. They ensured he was pain free and he had such dignity. What a wicked wicked world we live in xx
