I just came across your post and wanted to offer you my sincerest and most heartfelt condolences for your loss.

I can't begin to imagine how painful this must be for you right now, but the Cancer Chat community are here for you and we're sending you all our strength and support at this very difficult time.

Coping with grief is so tough, so be kind to yourself Amjaro and take things one day at a time. If at any point you find yourself struggling or overwhelmed by the sadness and thoughts you are experiencing, please make sure you reach out for support, be that through your GP, bereavement counselling services such as Cruse or Sue Ryder, and/or your family and friends as they will want to do all that they can to help you.

Keep posting if you find it helps Amjaro, and remember that you are not alone.
