Scared at mark on toenail (health anxiety suffer)

I'm very worried about what this is on my right big toenail. I have had for quite sometime about 4-5 weeks and I only really got worried about it the other day.

I cannot remember inuring myself of the top of my head but I'm quite clumsy so could have. I have taken to google and have found all sorts of scary things such as subungual melanomas etc.

It hasn't got any bigger or anything. Looks like blood and doesn't hurt.

I picked at I know I shouldn't have and felt like I scraped some of it off, but I don't know. I'm just panicking and can't relax. Male / 22

Well Im going to see a podiatrist about this (not sure if they're the best person to see) as I couldn't get a GP appointmet for a while, also thanks for your help.

UPDATE:
Saw a podiatrist, and said it was nothing to mwrroy about, said it could have been caused by a minor knock I may not have noticed. She said it can take the nail about a year to grow out, so hopefully thats fine then.

Thanks for the update
It is good to hear you saw the podiatrist and they weren't concerned. Something like a knock can often cause some nail trauma but if you remain worried do speak to your GP who are the best people to assess this type of thing.
