I went to the Dr last week about something unrelated and just got her to check a lump under my armpits and check on my fibroadenoma just to ease my mind. I was referred to the 2ww breast clinic pathway.  My chart afterward says, thickening felt in upper, outer right quadrant of R breast.  The skin is fine but I can barely feel the previous fibroadenoma, I think thickening is what is in the way.  I'm obviously really worried now as it's a change.  Im on desogestrel and have been since 2019. My fibro was diagnosed in early 2018. 

Could it be through those meds that its changed? 

My chart also said discussed possible cancer diagnosis which pardon me?!? She didn't.  So im freaking out. I understand that they usually safety net people but now I hear the word cancer and thickening im so so scared.  My aunt died last year,  8 years after beating breast CA so that hasn't helped.
