I am sorry to hear about the treatment you are needing. Nausea is a possible side effect of this treatment that often settles within a few days, it is possible to have some anti sickness medication to help ease this for you. Radioactive iodine can also sometimes cause stomach irritation that may also cause nausea so do mention this to your team so they can advise you further.
