I have stage 4 colorectal started in 2019 rectal then liver chemo radiotherapy and liver resection 2022.  I am usually a very positive person but find as I have my 6 monthly meeting coming up in a Few weeks. I can't sleep, anxious hands, feet, mouth all tingly. I think its maybe im thinking its coming up to the 5 years.  First time I feel quite alone and fragile which is just not me so finding it hard.  Any advice
