Hello Steve,
You could make a routine GP appointment and tell them about these symptoms. They may run some routine blood tests and check you over. Maybe ask them to check your blood levels of vitamin D. Low levels can cause a number of unwell run down symptoms. Sometimes thyroid function can change, high or low, and this can be checked by a blood test too.
In the meantime, try and boost your diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. They contain natural vitamin C and zinc which all help with fighting off various bugs. You may have some sort of allergy so you could try an over the counter antihistamine and also a spray to see if this helps whilst you wait for your appointment. A pharmacist can advise you.
Most of the time symptoms are not due to serious things, but for peace of mind do get checked out.
I hope this helps,
Best wishes,
Vanda
