Hiya so all swabs and tests came back clear no infection I also showed the nurse the picture and I think she understood then how strange this was looking through gyne referrals all looking at next year but then she found one for next week with a urinary/gyne. Symptoms still the same fingers crossed they have answers any tips for that appointment? Will a biopsy be likely?  Thank you all xx

I'm really glad that you have an appointment sorted. It's difficult to say whether they will do a biopsy there and then but they should definitely have a look. It might be worth getting together any photos you have of the area in case they show any changes over time and also maybe keep a short diary leading up to your appointment detailing any changes or how bad the itching is on a scale of 1 to 10. Try and take someone with you if possible just in case they do decide to do a biopsy.....it can be uncomfortable particularly if you have to drive after. Have a think if you have any questions you would like to ask them and write them down......I always struggled to remember what I wanted to ask once I got in there so I started writing everything down. It's difficult to say exactly what will happen at the appointment, but I would expect them to do a physical examination and ask you about your medical history.

If they want to biopsy anything they will go through that with you, but it may be arranged for another time.
