Hi, 

Im a 42 year old mum of two. I recently started noticing a creamy yellow discharge in my bra,coming from one breast only, so I've booked an appointment with the dr for next week. Last night I was checking myself and found a hard lump in my nipple, now I'm terrified. 
I'm winding myself up something rotten, clutching at straws. Mr Google is not my friend. I've barely been able to concentrate, I cry every time I see my kids & hubby and think the worst. I'm a mess.

    Hi Larry, 

    I'm so sorry, I thought I'd messaged you, turns out in all the chaos that is my life I hadn't, I'm so sorry I hope you don't think I'm being rude. 
     

    So, after being prodded, poked and squished i have a benign breast condition called Duct Ectasia, it's a normal breast change as I age. 
    The doctor said no further action is required, I've just got to monitor it and any changes go back to my GP if I need to. 
    The relief was immense! 
     

    Hope you are keeping well, especially in this heat!
