Thank you for your speedy response.I went to the gynocology yesterday and he felt the area and said he couldnt feel a lump.the scan prior showed a 3cm irregular shape thing in the andexel area and said because of my age and the size it would be a functional cyst

This sounds like something  I had myself in my late 20's. Just be aware that although it is a benign cyst it can cause pain and discomfort. They can also grow. Have they told you if they are going to do any follow up or to be aware of any changes? I only ask this as I ended up losing an ovary and a tube due to one of these cysts, and  unfortunately my other ovary stopped working not long after the first ovary was removed. If I had known then what I know now I would have asked a lot more questions. I lost my fertility because I didn't.

Sorry to hear that,

I currently dont have any symptoms and Im not feeling any pain so hopefully it stays that way.He re did my blood test and hes arranged for a follow up appointment in 10 weeks to have another pelvic scan.

My c-125 was 81 so hopefully it comes down with the bloods I just did.

Hes also referred me for a check for fertility as I havent fallen pregnant and im 34 and not using contraception
