How do I send someone a private message?

To send a private message to another forum user, first of all you’ll need to be registered and signed in to the forum

Once you're logged in you will see the messages icon next to your profile picture

If you select this, you can choose to write a new message to anyone in your friend's list.

You must be friends with a person before you can send messages to them. See our help guide for how to add friends.

How do I read a private message?

If you have received a private message, a number indicating the number of messages received will appear next to the Messages icon 

Click/press the Messages icon

In the Messages area, select the private message you would like to read

How do I reply to a private message?

Click/press the Messages icon

In the Messages area, select the private message you would like to respond to. Type your message into the box below the message, and hit Reply.

How do I see messages I’ve sent to others?

Click/press the Messages icon

Select the message you’d like to view. Sent messages appear as part of the conversation you’ve had with friends; there’s no separate sent box.
