- I was diaognosied with stage 2 breast cancer 3 weeeks ago. Talked to my consultant and i asked for a mastectomy on my right breast which he understood why. Was still awaiting 2 results to come through but waa all booked in for 5th dec. Than got the rug pulled from underneath my feet as both tests came back positive and now have to go through chemo first. But now asked for a double mastectomy. So totally gutted. I still havent had time to process it all to be honest.
