- i had bc 9 yrs ago and i had a lumpectomy and radiotherapy and tomoxifen for 5 yrs then in oct this year bc in same breast so had mx and reconstruction at same time but all went wrong so had to be taken out.and had an open wound from oct to feb just closing now .no help from the surgeon or bc nurse.think i was pushed to the side as a problem as i asked too many questions.
