- Diagnosed with DCIS 3rd May 2011 from a routine scan. Now having to decide on treatment options, likely to go for a mastectomy although I have the options of lumpectomy plus Radiotherapy. Its the what to do for after - which if any reconstruction with the same op or later? So much to become informed about in order to be happy with my decision.
