- I am the Head information Nurse at Cancer Research UK. My team answer enquiries from the public through a freephone helpline 0808 800 4040 and an email service which you can access through our website www.cancerhelp.org.uk. I have been a cancer nurse since 1987 and have been working on cancer helplines sonce 1995. I get a lot of job sattisfaction from working in this field and really enjoy taking part in the Q and A sessions on Cancer Chat
