Hi I am urostar ,a user on this site ,I have just be talking to a old friend who as cancer in her bladder she as been told she will be put on chemo but could also be put on ERIDULM as any one any knowledge about this stuff.
They have told her she could only have 18 months or so to live .
I'm sorry Urostar (great name!) I've not heard of this either.
If you google it Google says 'do you mean iridium?' and iridium is used for bladder cancer so I'm not sure if it's the same thinks with a different name
or if this is just a coincidence...maybe the nurses can help?

The name is a ploy on words I am a urostomate having no bladder or prostate and the picture I took 4 years ago on angelsey so I put the two together and came up with urostar .
I have not spoke to my pal for a day or so as I am in review and waiting for all the results Ct Scan.nuclear Scan etc .See the man on the 10th March keeping all crossed eyes ,fingers ,legs ?
It's a great photo Urostar. I too am fond of noticing the light and sky and clouds...more so since I've been ill. Think we have to pay attention to the bigger picture hehe! I'm also down to become a urostomate myself now...hope all good on your scans
All the best to you ange hope all goes well do not worry about the urosomy it will be easy to you after it is done, just keep eveything clean and you will be OK.
I wont know anything about my scans until I go back to Whithington on the 9th March .Take Care xx
