We aren't able recommend a particular doctor. However, there are also two hospitals that specialise in cancer in England The Royal Marsden in London http://www.royalmarsden.nhs.uk/pages/home.aspx and The Christie Hospital in Manchester http://www.christie.nhs.uk/
There is also a website which has information about private healthcare in the UK http://www.privatehealth.co.uk/ which may be helpful.
If they do see you at a hospital in the UK, it is likely that you will have to pay.
